Our Story

Candidate sourcing came out of the same frustrations that most recruiting agencies have, or end up encountering when trying to source highly qualified candidates.

In the beginning…

Like most recruiting firms, we didn’t have time to cold call eight hours a day in hopes of building interest with qualified candidates; there had to be a more effective way to reach our niche market, a quicker way to build awareness of our clients open positions, a better way to access more targeted candidates at an affordable price.

Social Media held the answer: we could target all prospects from the world’s largest networks. But was there a simple method to acquire and contact these highly qualified candidates?

Before Bobby, we were sourcing our data from a handful of companies that assisted us in generating a few hundred targeted candidates through social networks, a few even provided us with hundreds of candidates per day. But after a few months of paying third-party providers for contacting targeted candidates we had spent tens of thousands of dollars. We were determined to find a faster way to generate our own candidate data with more refined results. We needed a tool that would operate specifically for our purposes without limiting us to the terms of use of any third party providers. For the next few months, we took a deep dive into reverse-engineering, lead-generating tools in the market, and found a way to flip traditional data curation on its head! The key lied in acquiring an abundance of company details, then quickly breaking it down to gather specific individual contact information. This pinpoint approach would drastically increase our ability to communicate with targeted candidates
